Inspired by a vast array of performers spanning every genre, The Manor and Friends is a collaboration fueled by psychedelic exploration and emotional articulation. Designed on the basis that band chemistry and emotional expression can outweigh definitive structure and complexity, M&F stretches the borders of what is expected of an up and coming band, and is ever adapting to new styles and musical interpretations. Drawing much of their influence from the Grateful Dead, this group often finds themselves jamming for hours on end without stopping for so much as a sip of beer. Having many friends with similar taste in music, the band stemmed out of an already developed fan-base from the early Mclane Manor years. Incredible friend support led to the naming of the band, and ultimately the huge increase in booking of shows in the 2015 school year. Since then The Manor and Friends have played shows stretching from West Virginia and Pennsylvania to northern New Jersey. The summer of 2016 kept the Manor boys busy with spots at music festivals including The Mad Tea Party Jam, Camp Barefoot, F.A.R.M Fest and Pink Moon; with gigs in between. So grab your mamma, your brother, sister and papa plus anyone who loves to boogey and come get down to The Manor and Friends!
